About 7 Km far from the farmhouse, on the south of Prenestini mountains, there is Palestrina. It's a nice bishop town, where people firmly keep up embrodery and copper work tradition.
Pelasgic and square walls turn an around the town, preserving a layers structure, typical of the paganic temple of "Fortuna Primigenia", remarkable also the beauty of Sant'Agapito done and the adjacent romanesque Bell-Tower.
Restored Barberini Palace is seat of Prenestino Archeological Museum.
Inside "Nilotica Room" is exposed the famous "NILE'S MOSAIC" , in the other one, instead, you can admire important Zaccari's frescos.
