The Chef belongs to the third generation of restaurateurs. He grew up with the love for the kitchen, for sacrifice and quality. At the end of the studies, through a long mill, he had the chance to discover cooking traditions and some of the greatest italian and non-italian Chefs.

His route

The family business and the change

After a long journey, in 2009, Chef Bottega returns at home to run the family business. Aminta could starts a fast improvement all the way up to winning several prices.
All the efforts were crowned in 2016 when Aminta received its first Michelin Star.

The menù doesn't only respect the raw materials, but also the territory and the passing of the seasons. In the dishes you can feel Chef's experience and mood.

Honours

Achievements and prizes in haute cuisine.

Achievemets and prizes led Chef Bottega to cook for international celebrities. He cooked for the last two popes, Pope Benedict XVI and Pope Francis. Since 2007 is guest at the famous cooking show “La Prova del Cuoco”. He was named Chevalier di Trastevin and Grand Official di Cotou de Champagne.
